The understanding staff, easy location and gorgeous rooms. They made my stay fantastic. The polite service and the attention to detail were stand outs! The hotel was in the center of Avignon.

The room had ugly views.

You guys made my stay such wonderful. Accommodation was traditional and clean, rooms were unique. Central location, at a near distance from an early bridge. Friendly service within 0.5 miles of the airport. The staff were beautiful whole time of my stay.

Every detail was pleasant there, including rooms and staff. Restaurant was top-notch and fairly clean. The place was easy walk to Avignon downtown. Also, the area was lovely. The building itself was amazing with a lovely garden.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Expert staff, the room was delightful and I liked magnificent location. Classical style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. The restaurant was superb and the food was light. The service was great too.

Hotel was fairly clean and absolutely superb, I loved its exceptional rooms and location. The restaurant was outstanding and served hot food. No complaints, excellent stay.

It was worth its 5 stars. We really enjoyed this hotel and its beautiful rooms and location. Regards to your valet. The property had efficient bar service. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...
